What information do I collect?
When you fill in my contact form, I collect the details you give me: your first and last name, your phone number, your email address, your suburb, the type of business you run, your business name if you add it, what you want help with, and anything you type in the message box. Your details may come from this website, a booking page, a Meta lead form or another enquiry form you choose to submit. If we communicate by phone, SMS or email, I may also keep the messages, call outcome, communication preferences and, where you have been told, a call recording or transcript. When you browse the site, I use privacy-friendly analytics that count visits and page views without cookies and without identifying you. I do not ask for sensitive information, and I do not knowingly collect information from children.
How do I use your information?
I use your details to reply to your enquiry, give you a quote, arrange a time to meet, and provide the marketing services you ask me for. I also use them to record what was agreed, manage bookings, follow up on the enquiry and keep records of the work I do with you. I only use your details for the reason you gave them to me. I will not add you to an unrelated marketing list without your say-so.
Can automated systems or AI contact you?
If the form or booking step clearly says so and you agree, I may contact you about your enquiry by phone, SMS or email. A CRM, workflow or AI assistant may help send a message, make or answer a call, understand your reply, collect the information you choose to provide, or help book a suitable time. I will not treat this privacy policy by itself as your consent to receive an automated or AI-generated call. Any consent needed for that contact must be shown and captured where you submit your details. You can ask to speak with me instead of an AI assistant at any time.
Are calls recorded or transcribed?
A call may be recorded or transcribed when I use an AI receptionist or call-management tool. If that applies, you will be told before or at the start of the call. I may use the recording, transcript and call summary to respond to your enquiry, remember what you asked for, manage a booking, check the quality of the service and resolve a concern. Access is limited to me and the providers needed to run the call system. Please do not share sensitive information on a recorded or AI-assisted call.
How do you stop messages or calls?
You can withdraw consent at any time. Reply STOP to an SMS, use the unsubscribe option in an email, reply asking me to stop, or tell me on a call that you do not want further contact. I will action a marketing opt-out within five working days and record the request so an automated workflow does not restart it. I may still send a necessary service message about work or an appointment you have already asked me to provide.
Who do I share it with?
I use a small number of business providers to run this work, including website hosting, email, phone and SMS services, a CRM, calendars, workflow automation and, when enabled, AI voice or conversation tools. They receive only the information needed to provide their part of the service and may process it on infrastructure outside Australia. I limit access, review the providers I use and do not let them use your details for someone else's advertising. I never sell your information. I may also share information if the law requires it.
How is your information kept safe?
Your details are held in the business tools described above, which are protected by passwords and access controls. The website sends your form over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No system is ever perfectly secure, but I take reasonable steps to protect your information.
How long do I keep it?
I keep enquiry and client details for as long as I need them to do the work and to meet my record-keeping and tax obligations. When I no longer need them, I delete them.
What are your rights?
You can ask me what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Call or text me and I will sort it out. These rights line up with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Does this site use cookies?
No. This site does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. The analytics I use counts page views and visits anonymously so I can see which pages are useful. It does not follow you around the web.
What if this policy changes?
If I change how I handle your information, I will update this page and change the date at the top. The version on this page is always the current one.
