What information do I collect?
When you fill in my contact form, I collect the details you give me: your first and last name, your phone number, your email address, your suburb, the type of business you run, your business name if you add it, what you want help with, and anything you type in the message box. Your phone number and email are the main ways I have to get back to you. When you browse the site, I use Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics to understand visits, page views, traffic sources, approximate location, browser and device details, and interactions with the site. Google Analytics may use first-party cookies to distinguish visits and sessions. My analytics events do not include form-field values, email addresses or phone numbers. I do not knowingly collect information from children.
How do I use your information?
I use your details to reply to your enquiry, give you a quote, arrange a time to meet, and provide the marketing services you ask me for. I also keep records of the work I do with you. I only use your details for the reason you gave them to me. I will not add you to a marketing list without your say-so.
Who do I share it with?
I use a small number of trusted business tools to run my work: an email service to receive your enquiry, a customer relationship management (CRM) tool to keep track of leads and follow up, Vercel for website hosting and analytics, and Google Analytics for website measurement. These providers process information needed to deliver their services. You can read how Google handles data on its partner sites information page. I never sell your information, and I never share it for someone else's advertising. I may share information if the law requires it.
How is your information kept safe?
Your details are held in the business tools described above, which are protected by passwords and access controls. The website sends your form over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No system is ever perfectly secure, but I take reasonable steps to protect your information.
How long do I keep it?
I keep enquiry and client details for as long as I need them to do the work and to meet my record-keeping and tax obligations. When I no longer need them, I delete them.
What are your rights?
You can ask me what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Call or text me and I will sort it out. These rights line up with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Does this site use cookies?
Google Analytics may set first-party cookies, including cookies that distinguish visitors and preserve session state. I use them to understand how the site is found and used, not to send your form details to analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser. You can also use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
What if this policy changes?
If I change how I handle your information, I will update this page and change the date at the top. The version on this page is always the current one.
