Terms of service.

Last updated 15 June 2026

These are the terms for using this website and for working with me, Ajay Dabhi (ABN 85 671 536 901), a marketing and AI freelancer based in Melbourne. By using this site or engaging me for work, you agree to these terms. I have kept them short and in plain English.

Using this website

You can read and use this site for your own information. The text, design, photos and code on it are mine, so please do not copy or reuse them without my permission.

What I do

I provide marketing and AI services for local service businesses, including Google Ads, local SEO, Meta Ads, AI automation, on-site photo and video, and social media management. I work with businesses in Melbourne metro only. That is on purpose, so I can come to you in person.

Quotes and enquiries

Anything I quote is an estimate based on what you tell me. A quote is not a contract. We have an agreement once we both confirm the scope, the price, and that we are starting.

Working together and payment

Work is month to month. There is no lock-in contract. If I am not making your phone ring, you can leave. I will agree fees and payment terms with you in writing before we start, and invoices are due by the date shown on the invoice.

Your content and my work

Anything you give me to use, such as your logo, photos and business details, stays yours, and you confirm you have the right to use it. The campaigns, ad accounts and content I set up for you are yours once they are paid for, unless we agree otherwise. The tools, templates and methods I use to build them stay mine.

What about results?

I work hard to get results and I report the numbers honestly. But marketing depends on many things I do not control, such as your market, your pricing, and how quickly you follow up leads. So I cannot promise a specific number of leads, sales or rankings. Past results, including any shown on this site, are real but are not a guarantee of your results.

Third-party platforms

My work often runs on platforms like Google and Meta. Those platforms have their own terms and can change their rules, pricing or availability. I am not responsible for their decisions or outages.

Liability

I provide my services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms removes the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes and governing law

I may update these terms from time to time, and the current version is always on this page with the date at the top. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Questions about these terms?

If anything here is unclear, just ask. Call or text me, or use the contact page, and I will explain it in plain terms.
