Service

Lead generation that fills your calendar.

I work across Google Ads, Local Services Ads, Meta Ads and AI search for Australian service businesses. The right starting channel depends on how customers buy and how soon the business needs demand. I track each lead back to its source where the data allows it. For a home service client I still run today: 153 leads in 28 days at $35 a lead.

Local Services Ads

Pay per lead, with the verified badge.

Local Services Ads sit right at the very top of Google, above the normal ads, with Google's verified badge next to your name (the green tick you have seen on trade listings). People tap to call you straight from the result, and you pay per lead, not per click, so you only pay when a real person actually contacts you. I set up and verify your profile, get you the badge, manage the budget, and dispute any junk leads so you are not charged for them.

Best for: Home service trades like plumbers, electricians, cleaners and pest control who want the top spot and only pay for real leads.

M-ADS

Meta Ads

Put your real work in front of locals.

Meta Ads can reach local customers before they search. I use real work and customer proof, build the audiences, write the ads and test which creative produces useful enquiries. Melbourne clients can also add on-site photo and video.

Best for: Building demand and awareness, and showing off real work to your area.

AI

AI lead generation

Get recommended when people ask ChatGPT.

Customers also ask ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI for local-service recommendations. I structure the website and supporting information so those systems can understand the business and cite it when the evidence fits. No one can guarantee that an AI assistant will recommend a particular company.

Best for: Getting ahead of competitors who have not noticed AI search yet.

A paid lead can still be lost at the phone.

The business has already paid to generate the call, so response time matters. I can add missed-call text back or an AI receptionist that answers, quotes and helps book work while you are busy. The pest control case study.

Lead generation questions.

How much do Google Ads cost for an Australian service business?
It depends on your trade and how competitive your area is, but you control the budget and I optimise for cost per booked job, not clicks. For a home service client I run today, that has come in around $35 a lead. I will give you a realistic range for your business before I start.
Should I use Google Ads or Meta Ads?
Google Ads catches people already searching for you, so it usually brings the fastest booked jobs. Meta Ads build demand and keep you front of mind. Most businesses do best starting with Google, then adding Meta once the phone is ringing. I will tell you straight which to start with for your budget.
What are Google Local Services Ads (LSA)?
Local Services Ads are the listings at the very top of Google with Google's verified badge, the green tick. They charge you per lead instead of per click, so you only pay when someone actually calls or messages. I set up and verify your profile, manage the budget, and dispute junk leads so you are not charged for them. They are usually the best first channel for home service trades, where they are available for your category.
What is AI lead generation?
It means making the business easier for systems such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI to understand and cite when someone asks for a local service. I work on the site structure, direct answers and supporting evidence. Recommendation is never guaranteed.
How do you track leads?
Every call and form is tracked back to the channel that brought it. You get the numbers in plain English every week: leads, cost per lead, and how many booked into jobs.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Month to month. If I am not making your phone ring, you can leave.

Want more booked jobs?

Tell me what you do and where the current process is falling short. I will explain which channel I would test first and how I would set the starting budget. The first call is free and takes 15 minutes.
